Job Inquiry - Inquiry - User Defined Inquiry

Reports and inquiries can be customised using the Report Generator (for more information, refer to "Reports - Report Generator"). Specific reports can then be assigned to one or many users (for information on how to do this, refer to "Options - Security").

Select this option to display any job reports or inquiries specifically assigned to you.

  1. Display the job header screen for the job you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Reports - Job Inquiry".

  1. Select INQUIRY | USER DEFINED INQUIRY.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen with a list of reports and inquiries assigned to you.

  1. Select the report or inquiry you want to run then select Ok.

Depending on the report or inquiry selected, Micronet may display a User Defined Questions screen.

  1. Enter or select the values for the report or inquiry then select Ok.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want the report or inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
